Max’s Corner Bakery or MCB’s story started in the early 1960s in Sucat, Parañaque. Its famous dinner rolls were paired with Max’s Sarap To The Bones^TM Fried Chicken. In the 1970s, the brand expanded its product line by offering ensaimada and cakes through a take-out counter in the restaurant. Today, MCB offers bread, pastries, and cakes to Max’s Restaurant customers, and other institutional clients in the country.
