Max’s Corner Bakery or MCB’s story started in the early 1960s in Sucat, Parañaque. Its famous dinner rolls were paired with Max’s Sarap To The BonesTM Fried Chicken. In the 1970s, the brand expanded its product line by offering ensaimada and cakes through a take-out counter in the restaurant. Today, MCB offers bread, pastries, and cakes to Max’s Restaurant customers, and other institutional clients in the country.
